What delivery methods do you offer?

Colissimo home delivery — we believe it offers the best service quality. Free delivery from €80 in mainland France. Free in-store pickup by appointment in Friedolsheim. Delivery is also available within the European Union (weight-based fees, shown before payment).

I have a large order or a special request — what should I do?

Is there a risk of breakage during shipping?

Yes, unfortunately it can happen, as with any parcel; however we protect your order as well as possible with suitable packaging.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver within mainland France and to the European Union countries available during checkout. Shipping costs to the European Union are calculated according to parcel weight and displayed before payment. Free delivery from €80 applies to mainland France only. Certain destinations subject to specific customs formalities are not served.

How are your products made?

Everything is prepared by hand with quality ingredients. For the pralinés we can provide the nut analyses on request. 3 ingredients: nuts, local Alsatian sugar, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.

How long do your products keep?

Generally between 8 and 12 months; the best-before date is shown on our products. Store in a dry place, away from heat.

Do you have an eco-friendly approach?

We use reusable (glass jars) and recyclable (cellophane bags for kits) packaging wherever possible, and reclaimed cardboard boxes for your parcels.

Are there any allergens?

Yes, our products contain nuts (hazelnut, almond, pecan, peanut, pine nut, pistachio, cashew) and may contain traces depending on the kits.
